Your profile

  • Ability to perform a full range of administrative and client support services;
  • Initiative in making recommendations to improve work efficiency within unit to meet changing business needs and skills mix;
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills in order to deal tactfully and effectively with internal/external contacts at all levels;
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment;
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize and coordinate work distribution;
  • Thorough knowledge and use of all relevant computer software
  • Proficiency in both oral & written English and German – client communication and documentation - English, office language – German.

Your task

  • Assist and support a team of administrative staff in their daily tasks
  • Support of sales team in achieving sales goals and objectives
  • Provide assistance to audit team in their auditing functions
  • Plan and manage a wide range of administrative duties such as travel arrangements, Outlook scheduling, business correspondence and planning meetings
  • Organize and manage relevant databases and reporting tools
  • Adhere to the best standards and processes in executing team assistant functions
  • Verify project site requirements by bringing each project to completion increasing efficiency and accuracy to reduce redundancy
  • Create and update high volume of time-sensitive material: document drafting (proposals, market insights and competitor reporting, miscellaneous reports)
